There will be changes in how you create the Turnitin submission bin. The "Turnitin Submission" tool will no longer be available under the "Build Content" option and will be replaced by the "Turnitin Bin (New 2024 Plugin)" tool.
With the new Turnitin plugin, the experience for faculty and staff has also been improved. Using the new plugin will directly open a new tab to create the Turnitin bin, unlike before when it would head to ALICE first to edit the Assignment Title, Instructions, and corresponding deadlines. This change will lessen setup issues for both the ALICE deadline and the deadline inside Turnitin.
Additionally, adjusting the deadline of submission can be done directly in ALICE and will be synced in the Turnitin bin automatically. With this, it can potentially enhance efficiency in managing deadlines of Turnitin submissions across the interface
