Tracking my Grades and Instructor's Feedback

Modified on Mon, 3 Feb at 4:39 PM

Final Grades are automatically calculated in the Gradebook. They are not conclusive and are subject to program deliberations of the faculty at the end of the Program Term.

Only the Registrar can release the official grades at the end of each term. The release of your grades is subject to a clearance process.

How to Check if Your Instructor has Provided a Grade and/or Feedback on Your Submission?

There are two ways to check for grades and instructor feedback on your submissions:

  1. Through the "Grades" tab on the ALICE homepage.
  2. Through the Gradebook inside the Course Page.

Checking grades and feedback through the "Grades" tab

In your ALICE homepage, select "Grades" in the left side navigation menu.

In your Course Page, select the Gradebook in the navigation menu, below the title of the Course.

Finding Feedback

In the Grades Tab

Feedback is only available in the Gradebook, so you will need to open your Gradebook inside the Course Page. However, you can also navigate to the Gradebook by selecting "View all work" inside the Grades Tab.

In the Gradebook

You can check if your instructor has provided feedback by looking for the feedback icon under the Feedback Column in your Gradebook.

Once you click on the feedback icon, you will see the attempt feedback given by your instructor.
