ALICE Account Access

Student Data Retention

You have your ALICE account for as long as you are a student of the AIM, unless:

  • you get suspended;
  • you filed for LOA;
  • you are on AWOL, as advised by the Registrar; or
  • you have graduated.

Can I still access my ALICE account when I am on LOA?

Once the ALICE support received the approval of your LOA from the Office of the Registrar, your ALICE account will automatically be deactivated. Contact the Registrar for any special requests.

How about if I am AWOL/Suspended?

Upon receiving notice from the Office of the Registrar that you have been AWOL or suspended, your ALICE account will automatically be deactivated. Contact the Registrar for any special requests.

How long can I access my ALICE account after I graduated?

After your graduation, you are given 30 days of access in ALICE. Take this time to download your files before your access expires. If you cannot access your Microsoft Outlook (AIM-issued email), reach out to the ICT Helpdesk at [email protected]

ALICE Account Deletion

For most of the students, your ALICE account will be permanently deleted after 3 years. However, if you leave AIM at your first quarter, your account will be deleted 30 days after you have been tagged as LOA or AWOL.

Please be advised that once your ALICE account has been deleted, it cannot be recovered.
