Login Steps

Step 1: It is recommended that you use the latest Google Chrome Browser to access ALICE. Download it here: https://www.google.com/chrome/

Step 2: Login using your username. Your username should be your 9-digit student number like: 2022-9999

Step 3: Enter your ALICE password.

Where can I find my username and password?

If you are a first-time user, your account details are found in the welcome e-mail which was sent to you after enrolling. Check your MS 365 Outllook e-mail.

What if I checked my MS 365 Outlook e-mail and did not find my ALICE account?

Your enrollment might still be in-process. Check back again later or inquire with the registrar regarding your enrollment status at registrar@aim.edu

How can I access my MS 365 Outlook?

Your MS 365 outlook account is from the ICT. You may contact them for additional support at icthelpdesk@aim.edu

Why can't I use Sign-in with third-party account or SSO?

Currently, SSO is only available for AIM Faculty and Staff. Students must login through the username and password only.

Where can I reset my password?

You can click on forgot password at the ALICE login page or make a request through the helpdesk.
